[Logs UI] Unexpected navigation can sometimes occur #93599

This is hard to replicate, and therefore hard to debug.

Sometimes when navigating between tabs, especially quickly, the app will redirect back to the stream page. E.g. from anomalies to the stream.

It's not consistent, and I found it hard (but not impossible) to replicate.

I tried checking out 7.10 and the behaviour also occurred there (again, this took some time to actually see 😞, maybe 20 - 30 clicks), so this has been around for a while.

Given it's hard to replicate, and to therefore get sufficient debugging in place, we might just want to approach this from a more hypothetical standpoint: "is there anything we're doing that could accidentally trigger our routing?"
