PluginListing: logstash-output-lmlogs #13103

This issue is to request the listing of logstash-output-lmlogs plugin.

The purpose of the plugin is to output logs to LogicMonitor's LM Logs product for log aggregation and anomaly detection.

The plugin is located here: https://github.com/logicmonitor/logstash-output-lmlogs

We have updated the plugin to meet all of the requirements, including adding Travis CI to the repo.

Please let me know if there is anything else that is required for this listing.
