Makelogs should install the logstash dynamic template before it starts indexing #4

The logstash dynamic template for Elasticsearch is very useful and it would be great if makelogs could check for that and if its not there, install it. Right now I need to add it to get the Raw fields.

Interesting. If we can somehow extract it from logstash it would be awesome to use the exact template.
