Will now cancel the build and test other trigger comments.

From experimentation it looks like the regex that triggers buildkite PR builds is looked for only on the main branch.

I suspect that a recent change to the trigger_comment_regex pattern that has been pushed to main has broken its behaviour (the always_trigger_comment_regex still works, however it doesn't initiate QA testing).
