Upgrades EUI to lastest version
- Closes #24
- Closes #46
Adds a global provider
- Just theme related right now
- No ideas for expanding its use
Enables EuiProvider
Removes highlight, lowlight, and react-ace replacements
- Neither are part of EUI anymore 🎉
- Resolves #43
- I can replace prism.js if the bundle size reduction is still desired
