[AWS docs] Handle Firehose doc redirects #3749

Description

The existing Firehose setup guide is going to be removed as it duplicates content with the new AWS Monitoring docs.

Tasks:

[x] Create a spreadsheet to map the old URLs to new URLs for the redirects
[x] Merge the PR https://github.com/elastic/docs/pull/2970
[x] Submit the spreadsheet to the web team with this form: https://forms.monday.com/forms/5d2a9d5ed1567a80af6a2940ca1cfd5b?r=use1
