[APM] Document which fields are supported to create APM Service Groups #4023

Describe the feature:

APM Service Groups feature supports creating Service Groups in APM UI to better organize services. Not all fields can be used to create Service Groups and only few fields can be used. Those fields were chosen as part of this Issue

However, there's nothing in the documentation regarding which fields are supported to create Service Group. https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/services.html#service-groups

This request is to document these fields in Service Group docs.

Describe a specific use case for the feature: It will be helpful for users to know which fields they can use to create Service Groups

docs team, update should be made as well to reflect that service groups are dynamic in nature.
