https://github.com/elastic/opentelemetry-lib/pull/12 removed .buildkite/pipeline.yml file however, it seems that the pipeline definition needs to be removed as well. Without this, we see a failure in the buildkite job in main: https://buildkite.com/elastic/opentelemetry-lib/builds/5
