Copy for a new Detection blog call-out - 8:16 #5915

Description

Background

We have built many detection engineering enhancements over the past year. Sometimes users miss some of them as there are many changes we release every release. We want to give detection engineers a summary of the current and latest detection engineering capabilities, that they can find directly in the Elastic Security UI.

User Story/ Problem Statement(s)

We want to utilize the existing UI components to inform users about the full set of detection capabilities outlines in a blog post. Blog post URL: https://www.elastic.co/blog/elastic-security-detection-engineering (will be published at release time)

I have made an attempt at the copy below, but I think it could be improved. One important element is we would like a title that is exciting and engaging so that we attract the attention of the users and made them want to explore the blog.

@ARWNightingale @approksiu Can you share a draft of the blog, so we know how to best describe it in the UI callout? We can move this issue to elastic/security-docs-internal (private repo) if we're going to discuss any pre-production info in the ticket. Thanks!
