Fleet API in Kibana - Pull ALL the Agents #620

We use the Fleet API at https://github.com/elastic/support-diagnostics/blob/10ffc212827020057b594aec6dcee6a5f31aec8b/src/main/resources/kibana-rest.yml#L43

We would need to pass few params in order to pull all the agents via:

/api/fleet/agents?showInactive=true&showUpgradeable=false
