Couldn't find package "sao-kibana-plugin" on the "npm" registry

I'm getting the same thing. Given that the last activity was a couple years ago, I'm assuming the project is no longer maintained.

It's better to use the official generator that comes with Kibana https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/development-plugin-resources.html
