Chore: update build tooling #45

Upgrades rollup and associated plugins
Upgrades babel as associated presets and plugins
Tweaks config in rollup, less shimming and more greenfield default build
- Removes babelrc, all settings in rollup config
- Uses automatic polyfilling for babel, less brittle that way
- Removes Opera Mini and dead browsers from browser list
- we expose mostly unchanged UMD and ESM versions so users can transpile for their own needs if the es5 build isn't good enough

I'm planning to wait until #42 is merged and a new release is cut, just in case something in the updated build is broken. I tested the default output in Chrome and the es5 output in IE 11 and everything worked, so I'm pretty confident, but just in case...
