[Synthetics] Improve the network waterfall chart #341

For all network requests that went over HTTPS, we show the secure icon in the network waterfall.

Instead of showing the secure icon, we can show an insecure icon for any requests that went over HTTP. This would make it easier users spot the insecure requests and also gives back some area.
