As an Uptime user, I want to be able to edit monitors from the Uptime app.
As part of the tech preview for the Synthetics service, we will be previewing UI monitor management.
UI monitor management is currently in a state of flux after our recent Synthetics Service rearchitecture, with designs and user stories currently being developed.
To move forward towards tech preview, we should add a new Edit Monitor page that uses the same Fleet components to edit monitors to saved objects instead of Fleet.
Editing should be available as an action for each monitor from the UI Monitor Management table.
Editing should prefill all existing configurations within the monitor configuration flow.
Saving updated configuration should update the existing monitor saved object.
