Until we have better support for things like handling errors from suites to Uptime (https://github.com/elastic/uptime/issues/425), and handling concurrency on the Synthetics Service, we have decided to remove support for Suite (ZIP URLs) in Monitor Management for Tech Preview (note that this is only for the Monitor Management UI, not the Fleet Integration UI).
ACs:
In Monitor Management (that is only enabled for those in the Tech Preview, where it has been explicitly enabled), remove the option for adding a monitor with the suite configuration (ZIP URL)
The suite option (ZIP URL) is still available in the Fleet Integration UI
