Make hosts file dynamic based on what is defined in Vagrantfile with vagrant-hostmaster plugin

This looks great, although I don't really like that vagrant-hostmaster updates the host OS's hosts file...I'll investigate to see if it can be limited to just the guest VM's.

So there's not a way to limit this to just the guest VM, and I don't know if hard-coding is that big of a deal for this type of sandbox environment. Until I can think of a better way to tackle this feature, I'm going to close this request, as I'm cleaning up old PRs.
