Snapshot reload doesn't work after reboot on some Fedora and Ubuntu distros #292

It was seen that the reload-after-reboot functionality doesn't work on Fedora 38, Ubuntu 20.04 and Ubuntu 22.04.

The log is reproduced and looks like the following:
