It looks like there may be a typo for the Sling TV Logo (see Request #670). The Logo should be either called sling-tv or sling but when I do a search for it in Home Assistant and on https://elax46.github.io/custom-brand-icons the logo is called
"phu:slling"
Can you please fix the icon name to either sling or sling-tv?
