Error on startup. #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Copy app files into folder c:\DBDiff
2.Run DBDiff.exe
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error dialog.  Text of dialog is listed below.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
