Update documentation #173

Starting #171: removed duplicated outdated files, removed old documentation, added new installation documentation (new chapters will be added later)

I forgot about license, need to add one (not sure which one, I don't know if MPL is fit for books)

Documentation now uses CC-BY license because it's one of the most permissive licenses for documentation and non-code things, I can change it if there's better option
