This is fixed in next version, the program tries to write in the global registry section (which is forbidden since Vista and 7 when you keep the UAC). This was an error from my part.

Until then what you can do is install the latest unstable version 5.5.1 Beta then overwrite the program with this WIP version: http://download.elberethzone.net/dup5/nightly/dup5-svn-524.7z

Or you can run the program in Administrator mode (which you shouldn't) until v5.6.0 is released (it won't require Administrator mode anymore).

To select language again run the program with " /lng" at the end.
