Mower mechanical modifications

To make the franken-mower we need to add:

• Cut down the drills and mount them to the mower rear wheels. Probably with some sort of shaft and 90 degree gear to keep the drills out of the dirt.
• Replace the front wheels with casters, so the rear driven wheels can control the direction
• Add some sort of charging pads/pins to the front to allow automatic re-charging
• Add a housing to hold the on-board charger(s), we'll need to charge both the 40V system and 18V one
• Add a housing to hold the GPS-RTK and LoRa modules
• Wiring harness between mower, drills, controller, charging and antennas
