adding possibility to use tcp sockets as well as unix sockets #2

Hi Ilya, I allowed myself to enhance/optimize the agent plugin a little bit to also handle tpc sockets. Also, I wasn't 100% satisfied with the exception handling.

Please add me to the list of contributors and re-upload the plugin to Check_MK Exchange for everbody to benefit from it.
