Add agent bakery support #3

Add support for cmk enterprise agent bakery incl. config generation.

Sorry for the very long silence and thanks for your collobaration. Now with #8 plugin supports poll autodetection, so bakery interface should be changed and configuration of individual sockets should be removed. Can you implement this?
