Update common_tlds.dict so that it is human readable and added more TLDs #129

I have moved all gTLDS as define on wikipedia to the top of the dictionary.

Wikipedia gTLDs

Took the feedback from my last pull request. After the gTLDs I have organised the remaining TLDs in alphabetical order so that the project is human readable and can be more easily maintained going forward.

The reason I have made them in alphabetical order is that when we want to add more TLDs in future it is easier if they are in order.
