the argument '--remote-debugging-pipe' fixes fails in the execution of the phash module

Could you please share some details about the issue this change is supposed to fix?

With this argument, my Chromium 90.0.4430.212 is crashing with the following error message:

dnstwist.py: error: Message: unknown error: Chrome failed to start: exited normally.
  (unknown error: DevToolsActivePort file doesn't exist)
