Initial CI capabilities tested #9

Initial CI capabilities added in order to make sure all the project uses black, flake8 agrees and tests pass.

In order to test the functionality of the CI this branch (feature/ci) has been rebased with feature/just-testing-ideas-for-the-structure.

I'm going to close this pull request and make other pull request having only ci related commits.
