Changed version in readme to 6.1.1

Hi @Andurilll,

The version in the README is just an example, it is not changed on every update of the library.

That is why it states in that step:

e.g. ?v=1.0.0

It is just an example.

It is advisable, but not mandatory. I always forget to do it 😅

But if you are facing a caching issue, that should be one of the steps.
