Send form info to my email address? #126

Please excuse my noobness. I'm not very good at forms. I was wanting to know what I need to do to collect all the info the user has submitted and get it send to my email address.

I read that you can use this method

but was wondering if you could give me a starter process.php file and I could fill in all the variables I want collected. I have some that are required and some that are not.

I realize this is form 101 basic stuff, but any help would be appreciated.
