Fix path in install - dosctrine:fixtures #689

For windows working

I tried this on Windows10 it's working, thanks I get the error " MySQL error 2006: mysql server has gone away " while installing fixtures, I fixed it by editing Mysql config (etc/my.ini ): max_allowed_packet=100M
