Webpage links to GH for downloads, no downloads found #8

On your webpage you link to https://github.com/elcojacobs/ShiftPWM/downloads for downloads, there are none on that adress.

I understand if you don't have the time to update the links but please at least upload README.md to your repo with instructions on how to compile this.

@marmilicious well.. I can just clone it* using git but I'm just saying there are no files on given adress and 80% of the links on his webpage are dead.

*but I still don't know why is there a .cpp file and all the other non-sense

Do you realize your message is being read by people here on the Github, who do not necessarily know or have the link to the out-of-date web page you're reporting?
