Not able to build static-tcpdump on Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy #171

Hi,

ksniff is very nice, but I'm having trouble installing it on Ubuntu 22.04. Specifically, building static-tcpdump results in a configure error. I'm attacking the config.log file.

Using: gcc 11.3.0 libpcap-dev 1.10.1-4build1 golang 1.20.5
