Added handling for Google auth errors caused by stale tokens #17

Resolves https://github.com/eldang/ballard-4culture/issues/12 . I was going to do this later, but it was tripping me up today so I fixed it.

@coregis NB: merge https://github.com/eldang/ballard-4culture/pull/18 before this one. The changes should be separate enough for both PRs to merge to main without any problems, but if we're unlucky and there is a merge conflict this will be the less annoying one to leave waiting until I'm back at work in January.

Stale tokens are most unpalatable.
