US Census: easy interface for common questions #3

Step 1: just automate the process of figuring out which geographic levels a given question is available for. Step 2: drop-down menus to generate API calls for the types of questions people are likely to ask often, and appropriate geographies as both filters and granularities. Step 3: an interface to the Census Geocoder API to let people figure out which block, block group, tract etc they are in. Step 4: instructions on how to find additional questions and add them to a custom version of this, for people willing to run their own fork.

I just got off a conference call on which Avi Bender of the US Census mentioned that they have some pretty solid plans for improving their API. I'm waiting for further details, but really hoping this task will be made redundant by their work. Will update when I hear more.
