same issue here. downloaded file was quarantined.

Unfortunately we do not have a whole lot of control over that. Nowadays, if you so much as compile "Hello World", and it isn't signed, it gets detected by some AI. The files have have been submitted for analysis, pending manual review. For now the only course of action is to Add an exclusion. Here also is the scan from Virus Total.
