ui changes. add a direction pad plus tap inspections.

I know this would be more work, but movement would be easier with a classic 
controller direction pad overlay in a corner of the screen.

With that implemented, tap events could be used for other things like tap to 
invoke the inspect (;) command or tapping a square for all commands that 
require a square selected as a target. These things would make for a more 
intuitive user interface.

I'd like to second this request. maybe another keyboard with a number pad (for 
those with no trackball or hard keyboard)? thank you love nethack!
