Hidden top row of screen #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. May just be a configuration issue on my droid, but it is possible to move 
one square "north" of the top displayed row.  Most noticeable in open rooms 
(Valkyrie quest comes to mind).  Reducing screen size to show the entire map 
still does not cause it to appear.
