Regexp issue #64

Hello,

sometimes I try to edit articles with quotation marks in the article name. Reading of the articles works well. But if I try to save it, I get an runtime exception and pages like this are created instead of editing the correct page.

I am sorry, it isn't linked with the framework. It is an issue with petscan.
