Adding missing td-tag opening #178

Adding td-tag before the country name, solving the problem with malformed table when using the geoip2_country plugin.

Hello,

I also encountered the malformed 'hosts' table issue when using the geoip2_country plugin, which is because of a missing 'td' opening tag. I can confirm that this simple one-line change fixes it for me too.

Could this pull request be merged into the develop branch so that it will be fixed in the next release of the code? Cheers.
