Missing open <td> tag when using GeoLite2-Country #203

As described in https://sourceforge.net/p/awstats/discussion/43428/thread/6e17d7fb/ the formatting of the Hosts table is wrong when using the GeoLite2-Country plugin. There is a tag missing from in front of each Country in the table causing all countries to appear as a list at the top of the table, and the table headers to then be shifted because of the "missing" country cells.
