no icons in 'downloads' chart when 'file types' chart is set to 0 (deactivated) #215

I use IIS 10. when 'file types' chart is set to 1, icons in 'downloads' chart reappear. Otherwise, icons are hidden, a line source in 'downloads' refer icon as '/awstats/icon/mime/notavailable.png'
