Missing Sept/Oct stats on my Ipower acct reports!!! www.georgejay.com

This is a problem at your web hosting company, so you should contact tech support there.

Please close this issue, since there is no problem with the AWStats software.

OK, so they told me it was your problem. But I’m the one that stuck. I used to be really good, and my stats used to come in like clockwork. Happy to help if I can. Could you post what IPower support said the problem was?

Also, the IPower help page mentions clearing your browser cache to get the latest stats. You might double-check if that helps: https://www.ipower.com/help/article/using-visitor-statistics-to-monitor-your-site#:~:text=I%20have,reports

I cleared the cash and my stats still don’t come in for September and October. Ipower told me it was a bug on your end. George Jay @.
