I would be very wary of allowing delegation except in specific circumstances such as when Greg is Acting ED (e.g. PTO or sickness). People generally want to know that a specific role, for which a person was chosen with particular skills, is going to be responsible for difficult decisions, but at the same time we can’t allow one person’s availability to be a gating factor.
