mfg-name should be optional #14

per RFC 8520 mfg-name should be an optional field, not required. #12

I see you removed "use \DateTime". Was that intentional?

As far as I could tell it was unneeded. I'm no PHP expert but it's in the global namespace, so it should be fine, and I haven't run into any issues with it with PHP 7.2
