Teachers and Managers Showing up on Entries Page #33

We recently added a Moodle Site Manager and he is now showing up on the Journal Entries page. He's not in Enrolled Students, Participants, nor Grader Report, but he DOES show up in the Journal Entries as someone who has not yet added an entry.

It's been over a year since reporting this issue and it still exits. The Journal Entries page shows not only the students, but the Teachers in the course and anyone with Manager access to the course, category or site.

The key here, is that admins, teachers and managers need to be able to "test" a journal to make sure it works the way that it is needed. Due to the "simplicity" of journal being designed to list ALL entries on the same report page, you should always use groups, to limit the length of the report page. Just make sure the admin, teacher, and manager are not in the one-or-more groups, and they will not show up in the report page, unless you first select, All participants.
