Replacement Cables #2

I know this isn't a software issue but I couldn't find a website, amazon page, or any other way to contact Eleclab besides here. I would like to purchase a replacement Raspberry Pi 1/2/3 fpc to HDMI cable for the Eleclab 7 inch touchscreen. How would I go about doing this?

Sorry for the inconvenience, this part is not sold separately, it is only available as an accessory. We are tracking a 7.36" 1280x400 bar screen returned to Amazon warehouse by a user, which contains this part. We will mark it and send it to you for free when it can be operated in the background. The latest upgraded version will use PCB adapter board for more durability, please provide your phone number and address for delivery.
