Ackee Docs describe a broken path for deploying Ackee to Railway.

📚 To Reproduce

Try to follow the Get Started > Deploy with Railway instructions

💡 Expected behavior

The Docs should be accurate to guide users to successfully deploy Ackee on Railway.
