Auto-teleport feature #57

I know someone suggested that an auto teleport feature would be nice. Maybe I could add an option so that when you click a map link you teleport there?

I'd advise adding Teleporter support for that (https://github.com/pohky/TeleporterPlugin), just add a button that does throw a /tp aetheryte_name to chat and let Teleporter handle the rest.
