[Request] Vendor search context menu integration with chat2 plugin #77

Add IPC for chat2 plugin, for context menu integration. Same functionality as for vanilla chat - being able to right click item link in chat and search vendors for it - but for chat2 plugin. https://github.com/Infiziert90/ChatTwo

I wonder if a new release was never made?

Also, it looks like Infi took over Chat2, I guess Anna got sick of maintaining it haha. Can't blame her. I can barely keep up with one plugin.
