Move docs from Documents repository to Electra repository #7

I added the docs that was initially found in the documents GitHub repo in the Electra GitHub repo.

Should the design resources and graphics really be in this repo?

The design I can remove. However the documentation regarding how to compile electra should be in the same repo.

And it's better indeed to keep the resources (images & co) in the document repository since it's easy to link in Markdown.
